Expert scholars help participants explore the breadth and depth of America’s growth. Hands-on work with local museums and archives brings history to life. Veteran teacher-leaders present a wealth of practical resources and classroom applications. Strategic use of internet and videoconferencing expands the range of resources. Participants share with peers, including a cadre of teachers who created community-based projects with their students to interpret local community history on the web.
