Programs

Emerging America professional development events feature local and national scholars of American history, interaction with local museum collections, and innovative uses of the internet.  We engage veteran teacher leaders to help their peers integrate content, methods, and resources in the classroom. A combination of summer colloquia and school-year content seminars and skills workshops help our K-12 teachers enhance their teaching of American history.
